Two wins. Two wins is all two Treasure Valley high school seniors need to win a National Championship in golf. Rocky Mountain's Carson Barry and Sam Tidd teamed up last week to get Rocky's third straight 5A state team championship. Now the pair is eyeing  the U.S. Amateur Four-Ball tournament at Jupiter Hills Club in Tequesta, Fla.

Barry and Tidd beat out defending champs Frankie Capan and Shuai Ming Wong in the Round of 16 this morning. According to the Idaho Statesman, the pair then beat Hayes Brown and Jack Larkin on Tuesday night which sealed a spot in the semifinals. The final test will be tomorrow (5/23), when the Statesman says they will face off against Cole Hammer of Houston (No. 52 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking) and Garrett Barber of Stuart, Fla. (No. 57). They tee off at 5:20 a.m. Mountain time and if they win, they'll play in the championship match at 1 p.m.
