[VIDEO] Man In Critical Condition After Boise River Jump

I get anxious when I see people jump in the Boise River. This is why!

According to KTVB, man in Spokane is in critical condition after attempting a backflip off of a bridge into a river. Luckily, there were teenagers -who were certified lifeguards- who helped him until help arrived.

Incidents like this freak me out! That's why I don't attempt ANY jumps into the Boise river off a bridge. It's SCARY!

I always see kids jumping off and I literally have to look away. PLEASE BE SAFE!
