Lately stress has been getting to me.  So I've been turning to yoga.  Everything was going fine, until this happened...

I always thought yoga was one of those hippie things.  Plus, I never thought my body would ever move the ways it needed to to even try a class.  But lately, the stress of stuff has been getting to me.  Rather than start some sort of drug to control stress I thought I'd try something natural. So I took a yoga class and got hooked.  (And it's not just because of the yoga pants in front of me.  Promise.)  I honestly felt super relaxed and zen after taking a class.  In fact, I got so hooked that I decided to start doing some yoga at home at night before heading to bed.  THAT turned out to be a mistake.  I did not factor in Gracie (my dog) and Cinnamon (my cat).
