Downtown Boise has become the place to be and the place to be seen in the last couple of years. The amount of great farm to table restaurants, breweries, lounges and cool spots like the new Western Proper have made downtown a destination. I remember a few years ago Sunday afternoons in downtown were dead. Fast forward to this past weekend and 8th street was packed at 5pm on Sunday. While there is all this great food and entertainment downtown the issue is the limited amount of housing.

Honestly sometimes I don't go downtown because I don't want to deal with waiting on  Ubers or lyfts. However if there we're more condos or highrise apartments downtown would be the ideal place to live, work and play. Well downtown Boise just got so much better.

Picture yourself chillin on a rooftop pool while sippin on the cold adult beverage of your choice and simultaneously taking in the expansive mountain views. Imagine a fitness and wellness studio that makes it possible for you to workout without having to leave your building. Of course a Spa, a dog park and a Sky Lounge club room plus covered parking spots as well as storage for 192 bicycles are all amenities in your new luxury apartment in downtown Boise. I just described Jules On 3rd Apartments which opened today.

Downtown Boise just got so much better. Now you can live in luxury, work and play downtown. According to their website, studios, one and two bedroom units are now available so if your looking for that urban lifestyle now is the time to make the move as there are only 173 units in the new 8 story building on 3rd and Myrtle.

If you like the idea of living downtown but you want to be closer to the river, The Addison apartments at 749 E. Park Blvd just opened up as well and are worth taking a look at.
