Take a hike...literally! Here are some of my favorite spots around Idaho

6.Table Rock: Boise

It's a Boise staple, but for me, it's meditation rock. Any time I need to let my mind relax for a bit, I take a hike up Table Rock. Because of its proximity it's a must-do for any friends or family visiting Idaho. Don't forget to check out the caves!!!

5. Camel's Back: North End, Boise

I went up that sand hill for the first time last weekend, and when I made it up to the top, I was shocked at the amazing view. I heard this is one of the best spots to watch the fireworks in the Treasure Valley.

4. Jump Creek: Marsing

This is one of the easier hikes I've been on but definitely one of the best! It's an amazing little waterfall tucked behind a little canyon. Once you see the waterfalls, you can check out the view from the top! Now that route is a little tougher but the view makes it sooooo worth it.

3. Three Fingers Rock: Owyhees - Oregon

A friend told me about this little adventure and I was ready to go immediately. We finally made it up and after getting stuck in the mud, and attempting to rescue an abandoned dog, we finally made it up to Three-Fingers Rock.

The really cool thing about this hike was that once you got to the top, you'll find some canisters FULL of people's messages, drawings, and hilarious notes from decades ago!!! We read through a ton of them and even left messages of our own!

2. Ponderosa State Park: McCall

This was one of those place that takes your breath away, and you think, "does this really exist?" Well it does and it's totally worth the drive up to McCall. Here's a little photo shoot my friends and I took up there a could years ago.

1. Lake Louie: Near McCall

WOW. That's the first word that I said when we reached the end of the hike. I thought it would never end, but then finally, in the middle of nowhere appears this beautiful lake! It is AMAZING and breathtaking, making it my favorite hike...so far.
