The weather is going to be absolutely perfect this weekend, which means it will be a great opportunity to get out and do some fun stuff! Here are my top picks of fun, family-friendly events to check out in the Treasure Valley.
It's the biggest one-day music festival in Idaho and you definitely don't want to miss it! The 10th annual Boise Music Festival will have all your favorite attractions, yummy food, a full carnival, and of course LOTS of entertainment on 7 different stages.
Aside from the fantastic local and regional bands, you'll see performances from Jake Miller, Tenille Townes, Tone Loc, Color Me Badd, Logan Mize, Eli Young Band, and Mr. Worldwide himself, Pit Bull!

Five years ago, a Boise nonprofit called Global Lounge wanted to host an event that would encompass their mission: build communities through thoughtful cultural preservation, education, integration and the promotion of cultural awareness. So, they came up with World Village Fest.
This event celebrates the diverse cultures and people that call the Treasure Valley home. According to Boise Weekly, the World Village Fest will feature art, food, music, and of course, people from all over the world.
This year you can catch the three-day festival at Cecil D. Andrus Park in downtown Boise - Friday, June 21, through Sunday, June 23.
For the 66th year, Weiser has become the "epicenter of fiddle and folk music." According to KTVB, the festival-which attracts competitors and participants from all over the world- is underway and will round out this Saturday.
The festival takes place at Memorial Park in Weiser and you can get a complete schedule of events HERE.
