If you live in Weiser or the Midvale areas, be on the look out. The National Weather Service is predicting that could be some MAJOR flooding this Friday.

How bad is it gonna get?  Well, think of it this way.  When the Weiser River flooded on February 10th, water levels reached up to 12 feet.  On Friday however, it's being predicted that it could reach as high as 13 FEET!!!

Weiser resident Barbara Pruner says, "everybody is way more on edge than I've ever seen them.  We just don't know what to expect."  It should be noted that Pruner actually lost her home during the flooding in February.

Pruner goes on to say, "it's not just water comes up like this, it was the river.  It changed course and had current and then our garage...it took all the stuff it was going to kill and just smashed it against the wall. It was a raging torrent."

Weiser still hasn't recovered from February's floods in fact.  Many places still show the damage that occurred.

Pruner comments, "we're all in a state of shock.  I think we were the only ones declared a total loss and now we have this scare coming up for this third flood."
