This wasn't one of those "Oh shoot, I need to slam on my brakes real quick" type of accidents.  This was a full-blown, high speed, smashing into the back of a Caldwell, Idaho school bus SO BAD that the entire car ended up crunched in underneath the back of the bus.

The bus was full of Elementary School children but reports from KTVB say that none of the children have been reported injured.  The driver of the 2013 Ford Fusion, a 32-year-old man who has not been identified yet was rushed to the hospital with injuries.  At this time we have no idea how bad his injuries are and can only hope for the best.

It's not clear which school these students were headed to.  The nearest school that makes sense would be Skyway Elementary School because the crash took place at the intersection of Middleton Road and Quail Cove Court.  Skyway is the closest elementary school to that area.  The accident happened just after 7:30 this morning.  Idaho State Police are investigating.
