Deadly Stabbing at Nampa Restaurant

One person is dead after a fight turned into a stabbing at a restaurant in Nampa.

According to KTVB, it happened at 2 am this morning. An employee of the restaurant, (whose name has not been released) and a former employee got into a fight at the intersection of Caldwell Blvd and Middleton Road.

During the fight a 28 year old man from Nampa suffered stab wounds in his stomach and he was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

The other 28 year old man involved was found at a nearby trailer park when police arrived on scene. He was found with cuts on his hands, treated at the hospital, and then released.

Police are calling the stabbing a homicide, but no arrests have been made. They say the fight seems to be over personnel issues between the two men, but they are still investigating and say they are not releasing the name of the restaurant or the people involved at this time.
