Eagle Fire Burns 30 Acres

A brush fire hit Eagle, Idaho very early this morning around Willow Creek Road and Knob Hill Court.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.  It's fully contained now and burned approximately 30 acres.  There were structures threatened but fire crews from Eagle, Meridian, Star, and Boise all worked together to keep all structures including homes safe.

The fire was first spotted just after 4:45 this morning and called in at 4:49.  A big thank you to all of our dispatchers and crews that made short work of a fire that could've caused so much more damage!
