Can you imagine taking care of your boat at the dock, you look up and see something odd, you investigate, and it's a dead body floating in the river?  That's exactly what happened yesterday at the Centennial Park Boat Docks in Payette, Idaho on the Snake River around noon.

KTVB reports that The Payette County Sheriff's Office was immediately contacted.  They used jet boats to retrieve the body and could not find any signs of foul play.  The body belongs to 46-year-old Tonya Goodman of Fruitland, Idaho, and Goodman was pronounced dead on the scene.

At this point, it's anyone's guess as to what may have happened and although foul play is not suspected it's also not being ruled out.  The Payette County Coroner is currently working on a cause of death.

Goodman's family has been notified.  Please keep them in your prayers.
