Idaho Freeway Labor Day Traffic Backed Up For Miles

Very few details have been released at this point but the Labor Day get home traffic has turned into a full-blown nightmare in Idaho on I-15 in the southbound lanes in between Shelley and Blackfoot, Idaho.

East Idaho News is on top of this and giving updates as they come in but know that if you're headed that direction, you'll see major backups with delays being reported now up to close to an hour.

We do know there's been some kind of a crash with multiple vehicles and emergency vehicles have been dispatched.  No word on how bad the accident is.  We're hoping and praying there are no fatalities.  If there is any way you can steer clear of this area, please do so and you can check in to East Idaho News for updates and details.
