Idaho Man Screams Racial Slurs at Church Group

An Idaho man has been charged with a hate crime after creaming profanity and racial slurs at a church group eating at McDonald's in Coeur d'Alene.

52-year-old Richard Sovenski of Hayden has been booked into the Kootenai County Jail after he raged at a bunch of high schoolers on July 12th.

The church group from Spokane stopped at McDonald's while they were on a field trip and according to nypost.com one witness says the High Schoolers were "being rude, dancing and running around causing a disturbance." Their chaperone argues that they were "just being kids."

Mr. Sovenski responded to the kid's behavior by saying "F-You you F-ing Half Breeds! Get the F- out of Idaho! You got an F-ing problem, I'm your F-ing guy. I will F-you up in an F-ing heartbeat, you little f-got." He also dropped the N-word and walked away until cops caught him 5 days later.

He's now facing a misdemeanor battery charge and a felony malicious harassment charge.
