WalletHub just did the study and this is great for folks in the real estate industry, more and more people are becoming licensed as agents. So where is the best place for them to land? Coming in at number one is Seattle, WA. That is no surprise as that area is the number as it is growing at an alarming rate. The number 2 spot confused me as we I was just talking to my friends about this place, Salem OR. It is considered the second best place in the country for Real Estate Agents.

Boise, ID came in at number 91 and Nampa actually asked higher at 77. Both areas got strong marks in the health of the market place. It was awesome to see Boise ranked in the top 5 in the country for the fewest days on the market, which is a real estates dream I imagine?
