Over the weekend something tremendous happened as Wreaths Across America decorated graves at the Idaho State Cemetery to show respect for our fallen heroes. The story was first published by KIVI and I'm so glad they did as these heroes deserve to have wreaths placed on their grave sites.

On Saturday more than 5,000 wreaths were distributed by a huge group of volunteers, in fact, it was the largest group of volunteers that have ever shown up to help with the project.

With so many people on hand to help out the job took less than one hour. Just five years ago there were only 35 people that showed up to help out.

If you're unfamiliar with Wreaths Across America their mission is to remember the fallen, honor those that serve, and teach the next generation the value of freedom.

Thank you to each and every volunteer that showed up this past weekend to show respect to all of our fallen heroes.
