You may have noticed some construction going on at Julia Davis Park, and come December we'll be able to enjoy the changes that honor cancer patients and survivors.

In November of 2002, Trevor Schaefer was diagnosed with Brain Cancer at the age of 13, since then, Trevor has made it his mission to spread awareness about childhood cancer. So he created The Trevor's Trek Foundation a few years ago, and now the project at Julia Davis Park will help fulfill his mission.

The Children's Cancer Pavilion and the R.A. Bloch Cancer Survivor Plaza will be ready to enjoy by this October. If you'd like to donate to the project, CLICK HERE.
