One of Hollywood's old school leading ladies has passed away.  And people are pointing out how 'The Material Girl' is connected to Lauren Bacall's death.

Remember the video for "Vogue?"  Apparently all of the icons that Madonna mentions in the song are now all dead.  Weird huh?
