Drunk Driver Kills Mother and Her Four Children in Head-On Crash
27-year-old Favian Garcia had too much to drink and that was all it took to end the life of 25-year-old Lisette Perez and her four children. An 8-year-old boy, 6-year-old boy, 4-year-old girl, and 2-year-old girl all taken way too soon.
According to KTVB the crash occurred in Marion County, specifically in Salem, Oregon. Around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday evening the Oregon State Police were called into action at the corner of Highway 99 East and Nevada Street NE where you can see the damage was extensive.
Garcia walked away from the accident with minor injuries and is now facing charges of a DUI, reckless driving, driving while suspended (because he's had DUI's before along with other illegal incidents), and five counts of manslaughter.
