My Favorite Game!!

My kids had a party with their friends tonight and we played a game that has been my favorite since I was a kid!

It's called "The Candy Game" and the concept is simple. You put a "candy bar" in the middle for each player, then you gather around a circle and start to roll a die. If the die lands on a 1 or a 6 you get to pick a treat and hide it behind your back or under your shirt.

In the beginning the only option is to chose from the middle, but as the game progresses you can opt to either chose from the candy left in the middle, or you can try to remember who is hiding which candy and you can pick from those. If you guess they are hiding the right candy, they have to pass it over. If you guess wrong, you end up with nothing for that round.

The game ends when you decide a certain amount of time is up. (Ex. You can tell the kids we are playing the game for 20 minutes. When time is up you win the candy you have.) The other option is to end the game when everyone has one candy.

This is such a fun game and I love that all you need is candy and a die to play. You can play with 3 people or 300 people, it doesn't matter, and you get a yummy treat in the end!
