Opening for Boise Rollerskating Rink Pushed Back

There's been a lot of buzz about a roller skating rink opening in Boise, but it looks like we are going to have to wait a little while longer.

Treasure Valley Skate is set to open in what used to be 20th Century Lanes Bowling for 57 years.

Originally we were all hoping the skating rink would be open by this winter and Treasure Valley Skate had hoped to move in by November 1st, but according to the Idaho Statesman the new rolling rink won't be opening until March 1st.

So, no roller skating in Boise this winter, but it will be a fun option in the spring. Currently the only rollerskating rink in the Treasure Valley is the Nampa Rollerdrome.
