Operation Experience Idaho: Julia Davis Paddle Boats

So, a couple weeks ago, I decided that this summer I want to take full advantage of all that Idaho has to offer. So yesterday, I did something I've been wanting to do for a long time, I rode on the paddle boats at Julia Davis Park!!

It was such a beautiful day in the Treasure Valley yesterday, so, I thought it would be the perfect day to experience the cool little floating devices. When we got to the park I was so determined to get on the pretty swan boat, but my boyfriend thought it may be a little too "girly" for him. So I decided to spare his humiliation and got on a regular one-which turned out to be even better because it had a little awning that gave us some shade, phew, good call boyf.

Any who, the 30-minute float on the pond was AWESOME! It was so peaceful, and even though we had to paddle-got my workout on- to get around, it was very easy to maneuver. I highly recommend this for your family, if you want to try something new. The best part, is that it's right downtown!!
