Life changed in an instant. One man is dead this morning after a shooting near the campus of Boise State University.

The shooting happened at about 2:45 a.m. on the 900 block of Belmont Street.

According to an article on KTVB that details the crime, the police are not looking for any "outstanding subjects."

As the investigation continues, several homes have been blocked off by police tape, but it is not impeding traffic on Belmont Street this morning.
