Strangest Car In Boise

Ok, who's seen this guy driving around Boise?  Carly and I saw him on Fairview today around lunch time.  What is up with this rig??

Me... I like people that are different.  People that have some kind of weirdness to them or just flat out are awkward or uncomfortable to be around.  It's interesting.  This guy seems to fit the bill with all of that.  He doesn't care what he looks like, what he does, who he's with, what he says, or what people think of him.  In my book... that's cool.

I'm not even sure if this ride of his is legal, but I like it.  He could see I was snapping a picture of him as Carly and I were on our way to talk to some kids at Morley Nelson Elementary School in Boise.  I couldn't help it.  Crazy stuff!  I want to know who this guy is.  To me... he's interesting.  And this is another reason I love living in the Treasure Valley.  Strange, weird, crazy people live here.  My kind of people.  God bless Boise!
