The Best Moment…

Over 13,000 people ran FitOne. We saw Moms pushing strollers, athletes who have won many races, grandparents, and teenagers, but one little girl and her father left a lasting impression.

This little girl was about 4 years old and she was running with her Dad when she tripped and fell into a puddle. Her pride hurt more than anything. Rick tried to console her by giving her some WOW schwag but it didn't work.

Next thing we knew her dad got down on the ground and started rolling himself in the puddle so they could both be wet and "embarrassed!" It was a moment we will never forget and our entire team got a little misty eyed. What a great dad!

We were so proud to be a part of FitOne. It's just another example of how amazing this community is. You come together, cheer each other on, and we're convinced this is the greatest city on the planet!
