40 Lbs of Pot Found At Boise Motel On Overland

Over 40 pounds of marijuana has been seized at a hotel in the 8000 block of West Overland Road.

Three people from the Treasure Valley are currently being held in the Ada County Jail after deputies raided their hotel room.  The three suspects are Maxine Dearing, Lucas Graham, and James Rhodes.

All three face preliminary hearings on December 7th.  Marijuana trafficking is punishable by up to fifteen years in prison.
