40-Year-Old Boise Man And Teenage Girl

40-year-old Keith L. Maxwell is in A LOT of trouble if found guilty of having sex with a teenage girl at a home near Lake Hazel and South Five Mile roads.  Authorities were called in and investigated at 2 o'clock in the morning.  There was obviously enough evidence for law enforcement to arrest Maxwell and put him away in the Ada County Jail.  KTVB reports that Maxwell has since made bail and is currently out walking the streets.

At this point, we only know that Maxwell's court date is set for April 15, 2019, and if he's convicted he could face up to LIFE in prison.  We'll keep you posted.
