49-Year-Old Nampa Man Photographs Little Girl In Shower

Brian Michael Hughes has been arrested on felony charges of sexual abuse of a child under 16.

The young girl was in the shower when she saw a man open the door, stick his phone in, angle it in her direction, and take a picture.  Hughes is admitting to taking the picture but says it was only because he was curious, but not in a sexual way.

Hughes deleted the picture from his phone and then sent the young girl an apology note saying it was the dumbest thing he's ever done.  He's been released on $15,000 bail and is scheduled to show up at the Canyon County Courthouse on October 4.
