7-Year-Old Killed at Parade

Our deepest sympathies, thoughts and prayers to the family of this 7-year-old boy who lost his life after falling from a float in a parade.

It happened about 11:15 a.m. at the Miners Jubilee Parade in Baker City, Oregon.  The Bake County Major Crime Team along with the Baker County Sheriff's Department, Oregon State Police, and Baker City Police are all treating this as an accident that needs a full investigation to find out exactly what happened.

None of us can possibly imagine what this family is feeling or going through.  Please keep them in your prayers.
