Amy’s Pile: McDonald’s Adding Spicy Chicken Nuggets & New McFlurry To Menu

McDonald's is bringing some good news to 2020. They announced they're introducing two new menu items in September.

The fast food chain is taking its classic chicken nuggets and kicking them up a notch with a spicy version. The Spicy Chicken McNuggets are their first-ever flavor change on the iconic menu item since being added in 1983. These new nuggets come breaded with a tempura coating made of cayenne and chili peppers, and will be served with a new Mighty Hot Sauce.

They decided to add something sweet to their new spicy menu item by also dropping a new Chips Ahoy! McFlurry. The ice cream treat is made of vanilla soft serve, blended with Chips Ahoy! cookies and caramel topping.

Both of these new items arrive on September 16th, but they will only be around a limited time.
