It's been a crazy year with a pandemic and working from home, which in turn has had a negative impact on our sleeping habits. But who can blame anyone with this crazy year? Bobby Bones was one of those having some issues being able to sleep, until recently.

Bones shared that he started reading a new book called Shift Your Mind: 9 Mental Shifts to Thrive in Preparation and Performance. The book has a suggestion for some tips and tricks to get yourself to fall asleep quickly. Bones described one of the tricks about him focusing on putting each area of his body to sleep starting at his forehead. He said he's done this for the last few nights and so far it's worked every time. The book suggests that you'll fall asleep somewhere along the way while putting your different body parts to sleep. Bones said it happened exactly like that because he had no idea what body part he was on by the time he fell asleep.

So for those looking for some new sleeping tricks and techniques, this book may be worth trying out!
