A Yummy New Sushi Restaurant Is Coming To Boise’s Hyde Park!

We've said it before, and we'll say it again - if there's one thing we get excited talking about, it's food.

This is especially exciting because downtown Boise will soon be the home of a new sushi spot!

Boise Is Getting A New Sushi Spot This Summer!

Some people love sushi, some despise it. Some of us are somewhere in the middle where we enjoy the basic rolls like Philly or California rolls.

If you enjoy delicious and upscale sushi, you're going to love what's coming to Boise's Hyde Park - Raibu Sushi Bar. After being initially reported by the Idaho Statesman, we checked out the website for Raibu Sushi Bar, and sushi lovers have every reason to be excited.

"Positioned to become a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts, Raibu will feature the freshest fish presented with creative flair, setting it apart in the Boise restaurant scene," Raibu's website says.

"In addition to its sushi offerings, the restaurant will offer a unique selection of expertly prepared wood-fired meats, crafted in traditional Japanese styles and all paired with a handpicked sake menu that elevates the senses."

Where Will Raibu Sushi Be Located?

According to their site, the new sushi spot will be located at 808 W. Fort St. in Hyde Park and is set to open this summer.

The owners promise a unique experience for new customers and being that it's sushi, we're bound to see some works of art come out of their kitchen.

"This innovative approach aims to delight patrons and provide a vibrant culinary experience that reflects the spirit of both Japanese cuisine and the local community."
