Carly Attempts to Workout
I start my workout with a cinnabon and a diet soda. That's okay right?!
Let's get real. I know, I know, I'm one of those girls that has gotten away with not working out and eating like garbage and I still fit in my jeans. (You HATE me, I get it.)
I'm very grateful for my high metabolism, but understand this. I have other issues besides weight.
I've battled acne.
I have fine/thin hair.
My forehead takes up half my face...
and I had SCOLIOSIS. (My back looked like a question mark!)
You get right?! Weight just hasn't been my demon. That being said, I'm what I call a "flabby skinny" person. I don't have the beautiful defined muscles that I would like, I'm weak, and the thing that I hate the most is I'm Tired All The Time and I have a feeling it's not just because I wake up at 2:30 a.m., it's because I don't eat right and I don't workout.
Problem... I don't know what I'm doing!!!
How much weight?!
How many reps?!
How do I put my feet?!
How do I breathe?!
Are people looking at me?! Please don't look at me! I'm blushing just thinking about it!
Do I have to wear Lululemon to workout at a gym or can I put on my sweatpants and ratty old tank top?!
Help!!! If you have any pointers I'd be super grateful. In the meantime, if you see me at the gym, I'll be the one lifting 5lb weights and looking around like I don't have a clue!
