Chipotle Dropped Plant-Based Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice Nationwide

Chipotle launched a new healthy menu item! After successful tests at locations in Denver and Wisconsin, Chipotle announced they are launching a new plant-based Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice.

The new menu item will be available nationwide for a limited time. It's a plant-based rice alternative that's made with freshly grilled riced cauliflower and finished with hand-chopped cilantro, lime, and salt.

To celebrate the new menu item, Chipotle is offering four new variations of its Lifestyle Bowls with the cauliflower rice. The Whole30 Bowl, Keto Bowl, Vegetarian Salad Bowl, and Vegan Bowl will all be available with cilantro-lime cauliflower rice. The menu item will cost guests an additional $2 if they choose to upgrade.
