Dear Rick and Carly

We're helping Rachel in Nampa this morning who had a little mishap with her husband on New Year's Eve. 

Rachel wrote us this letter.

Dear Rick and Carly, 

My husband kissed another woman on New Year's Eve. We were at a friends party when he kissed his high school girlfriend at midnight after someone turned the lights out. My husband claims he was drunk and that it was an innocent kiss therefore it's not cheating. My husband says a "peck" is harmless especially on New Year's Eve. I disagree. Who's right, me or him? Should his kiss be considered cheating? Is being drunk a valid excuse?
