Ah yes, the massage parlor: a place of relaxation, recovery, and rejuvenation. At least that's what it's supposed to be.

Police in Twin Falls, however, conducted a months-long investigation and uncovered something much darker.

The Feds Raid Four Idaho Businesses

Twin Falls Police Department revealed in a press release that they busted a secret sex operation being run out of four different businesses.

On August 26, 2024, at approximately 10:30 am Twin Falls Police Officers and Detectives, with the assistance of the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, Jerome County Sheriff’s Office, Idaho State Police, and the Mini-Cassia drug task force, served four search warrants simultaneously on four separate massage parlors in the City of Twin Falls.

That's quite the team of investigators! It's no wonder these four parlors got busted. They even enlisted the translation expertise of the FBI and Idaho State University.

A total of four arrests were made including three women and one male.

The businesses they raided include "Perfect Massage in the 500 block of Addison Avenue West, Dragon Massage in the 1300 block of Addison Avenue East, Massage 404 in the 400 block of 2nd Avenue East, and Sunflower Day Spa in the 1200 block of Addison Avenue East."

Police say the suspects will be charged with "felony Procurement of Prostitution, IC. 18-5602" which according to Idaho law, carries a heavy punishment:

Any person who induces, compels, entices, or procures another person to engage in commercial sexual activity shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for a period of no less than two (2) years and no more than twenty (20) years or by a fine of no less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and no more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Shout out to the police for shutting down these operations which they say, took months of investigating to achieve.
