After posting a video on Tik Tok responding to or more like mocking Labron James Idaho Officer Nate Silvester became nearly a household name. Silverster is a Bellevue Marshal deputy. According to KTVB he is returning to work this week after being placed on administrative duty with no pay due to the video.

He clearly earned some fast popularity because a GoFundMe page was started on Silverster's behalf and it already has close a half a million dollars. Read more about that here.

Not only is he back at work as an officer, and earned nearly half a million from a go fund me page but he also is reportedly working on a book. He told KTVB that the working title is "Never Off Duty."

Bellevue Marshalls Office is being very clear that they do not support the message in the video, "The statements made do NOT represent the Bellevue Marshal's Office. The Bellevue Marshal's Office always demands that our Deputies engage with our citizens in a friendly and professional manner," the office said.

The video has been viewed over five million times and is still gaining steam. In the video the officer, in full uniform has an imaginary phone conversation with Los Angeles Lakers' Labron James while he watches an imaginary fight between two Black men. "So you don't care if a Black person kills another Black person, But you do care if a white cop kills a Black person, even if he's doing it to save the life of another Black person?" Silvester said in the TikTok. "I mean it doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but then again you are really good at basketball so I guess I'll take your word for it."
