Remember the old hit show "To Catch a Predator"? This story has the scenario of that disturbing show written all over it and it went down right here in Idaho.

36-year-old Eric Anderson of Damascus, Oregon traveled 365 miles to Post Falls, Idaho to meet up with a 15-year-old girl for sex.

According to KTVB, Anderson was charged Thursday with a felony count of using the internet to entice a child under the age of 16 for sex.

His bond has been set at $250,000.

Anderson replied to an online ad for sex and began chatting with someone he thought was a 15-year-old girl. Turns out it was an undercover officer setting up a sting.

Anderson drove to what he thought was the teenagers home in Post Falls and that's when he was busted.

One of the most frightening things about this story is how normal this guy looks. Having kids that are 10 and 12 myself, the internet is becoming a more and more scary place.

I know there was not a real teenager involved in this case, but parents let this serve as another warning that no matter how good of a kid you think your child is, they are a child and their brain is not equipped to deal with some of the things that lure kids online. They want attention, they want to be loved, so be hyper-aware of the sites and apps your child has access to.
