It's located where Emilio's used to be in the lobby of the Grove Hotel in downtown Boise.

Focusing on local, this fine-dining restaurant, Trillium, features Gaston's Bakery, Ballard Family Dairy, and Cloverleaf Creamery.

On the menu, you'll find Huckleberry Shortribs, Bison Meatloaf, and house-smoked Steelhead Salmon.

Executive Chef, Chris Hain says that everything is made from scratch and sourced regionally.

Most menu items are $25 and up, but they do have a good selection of burgers and sandwiches in the $15 range according to
