The nostalgia-themed restaurant on Overland that's become famous for its four and a half pound hamburger with one and a half pounds of chili cheese fries is selling.  The asking price is $400,000 and that does not include the iconic name that goes with the restaurant.

Rockies Diner is known for grabbing just about anything, hamburgers, salads, steaks, teriyaki, you name it and they've got it.  And at Rockies, it always comes in huge portions with the most delicious taste.  The restaurant received a lot of attention when they were featured on The Food Network's Man vs Food.

We all know that new ownership and especially putting a new name on a place such as this is the end of an era.  It's never the same.  That doesn't mean it's going to be bad but it just won't be the same.

Boise Dev has more details about the listing, why they're selling, and what's to come.  We'll keep you posted.
