The Treasure Valley Bucket List Restaurant You Have to Go To

I have been wanting to go to this restaurant in Meridian forever, and I just haven't made it happen. Have you been? Is it worth all the hype?

A new study on MSN.com says that

Epi's A Basque Restaurant 

is the bucket list restaurant you must go to in the state of Idaho.

Apparently they have delicious food from Northern Spain.

Fall of the bone lamb shank

Crispy ham croquettas

I'll be honest, I know we have a very large Basque population in Boise, but I've never really known what Basque food is.

Epi's has been in business for over 20 years though and everyone says it is delicious, so I think I need to go.

The only reason I haven't been to Epi's yet is that you pretty much always need to make a reservation because it is constantly packed! I tried to take my daughter one time and there was no chance of us getting in. It's a pretty small restaurant, so that combined with the popularity means you need to call ahead. I'm not so good at thinking ahead, so I haven't gone.
