Think These Nicknames For Idaho Are Funny or Just Dumb?

I always want to discover new things about Boise, the Treasure Valley, and Idaho. I have found some Reddit groups that are strictly for Boise and a separate one for Idaho, and I have found some really cool things. The downside of these groups is that they get very political, and there's also just a lot of trash. 

In every state that I have lived in, there are always cities and towns that have particular nicknames that go with them. Some are funny, some are trashy, and some are dumb. I have spent little time in Boise and no time in any other part of the state, but I have made some drives around the region. In this particular Reddit group for Idaho, a Reddit user, "pinguistix" asked this specific group, "I've heard Pocatello referred to as Poky, Pocashima, or Pokeafellow... what other nicknames are there for places in Idaho?" 

Not knowing any nicknames for Boise or any of the towns throughout the state, I laughed at some and wasn't sure how many were accurate. So I wanted your input and to know if you had more we could add to the list of Idaho nicknames. 

Someone mentioned "Tragic Valley," which I will assume is for the Treasure Valley, and I thought that was pretty funny.  

Throughout this Reddit thread, I also discovered that Afroman had put out a song called 'Idaho,' If you have yet to hear the song, I don't recommend listening to it around children. Instead, you can listen to the song after we review the Idaho nicknames.
