There's no place like home this summer at the Treasure Valley Children's Theatre summer camp. Sign your aspiring thespians up for an adventure through OZ during the Boise Little Theatre's one week summer camp focused around the scripts, characters and music from the motion picture film, the Wizard of Oz.

Note that this this is not necessarily a musical theatre camp so if singing isn't your thing but acting still is then this is for you. However there will be a showcase performance or a filmed presentation as the result of the camp as way for the young actors to show off their hard work and skills picked up during class.

The camp will be facilitated by Allison Terenzio and is open for children ages 7 - 14. All levels of acting experience are welcomed. This is an in person camp taking place from Monday July 12th through Friday July 16th everyday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Boise Little Theater, 100 E. Fort Street, Boise, ID

The Boise Little Theatre actually is hosting multiple summer programs that are offered in 1 & 2 week camps if the yellow brick road doesn't seem like your path. According to the theatre, "all programs are structured to teach performance skills, build confidence, provide structured socialization, teach our core values, and are A LOT of fun!"

A lot of summer camps are already full however there are plenty of fall fall camps available for sign ups. The full schedule of camps and classes can be seen on the Boise Little Theatre's website: TreasureValleyChildrensTheater.com/Play
