Ok, if you know me, you know I love dogs (especially my own because they're the cutest, squishiest, smartest in the whole world....ok)! So this story just makes my heart all melty. Two senior dogs who are inseparable just got their forever home!!!

According to the Idaho Statesman, Mario and Jack, two 13-year-old lab/border-collies, have a really really strong bond. It's so strong, in fact, that the last time they were separated, it only lasted eight hours. Each of the pups whined nonstop, barked, and paced uncontrollably. Luckily the "old men" as they're lovingly referred to, we able to find a wonderful foster home while they waited for their soon-to-be parents to find them.

This is another reason why this story hits home, the organization who helped find them a foster home and now adoptive humans are the same rescue where we got our girl Gracie Mae three years ago!! Fuzzy Pawz Rescue is such a great organization, and if you're looking to adopt you can find out more about them HERE.

Well, they have! According to the Idaho Statesman, Mario and Jack have a new home on a small farm in Emmett. They'll be able to live out the rest of their days roaming on some land...together.
