Video Shows 3-Year-Old Lifted To The Sky After Getting Caught On Kite

In a viral, heart-stopping video, a 3-year-old girl is shown being lifted into the sky close to 100-feet after getting caught on a giant kite.

The footage comes from Nanlioao, Taiwan. In the video you can hear crowd cheers as the kite first takes off and then everything quickly turns to screams of horror when the end of the kite's long tail flies into the air with the little girl caught on the end of it.

The young girl, said to weigh just 28 pounds, was repeatedly tossed around for roughly 30 seconds before finally being lowered close enough to the grown for a group of festival-goers to pull her to safety.

Thankfully, the 3-year-old escaped serious injuries, suffering only mild scratches to her face and neck.
