What Restaurant Have You Not Tired Yet, But Really Want To?

We are really fortunate here in the Treasure Valley with all of the different food choices that we have. I've lived in places that had no authentic Mexican food, one in particular didn't have a liquor license and sold margaritas with wine instead of tequila. Not a good idea.

I was shocked over this past weekend when my wife told me as we were driving by the Towne Square Mall in Boise that she has never been to Red Lobster. I was shocked, anyone who has never had the cheddar biscuits is missing out.

Which of course just got me thinking about food locations that I want to try, but I haven't made it into the restaurant yet. The first one that comes to mind for me is Joe's Crab Shack. While I am not the biggest seafood guy, the commercials have me intrigued with the bucket of food thrown on the table to just dig in.

So, what about you? What restaurant have you wanted to try for a while but just haven't stopped in yet?
