Luckily, the answer to that is, “no.” According to KTVB, the City of Middleton was considering selling Davis Park to a business adjacent to the park so it can be transformed into a park. However, after word of the potential sale got to the Henderson family, the sale took a turn.

After hearing from Kaye Henderson, however, the City reconsidered their choice and made the announcement Wednesday night to “not go through with the sale.”
