Woman And Child Dead In Idaho Head-On Crash

The Idaho State Police have no idea why these vehicles collided head-on and a full investigation is underway.

The crash took place yesterday on State Highway 33 in Tetonia.  45-year-old Madalene Quissek and a minor in her vehicle both died.

According to KTVB, Quissek was heading east in a 2007 Toyota RAV while a 2015 Toyota RAV was heading towards her on the west side of the Highway.  That vehicle was driven by 43-year-old Myrna Izaguirre.  How these two vehicles ended up going straight at each other is a mystery and a tragedy with one woman and one child dead.  There was another child in Quissek's vehicle who survived and was immediately transported to the hospital.  Izaguirre was also transported to the hospital.  We have no idea what condition either of them is in at this point.
