Belly Bustin’ Biscuits and Gravy, You Need This in Your Life

My wife Savannah and I really enjoy finding new delicious restaurants, and especially a breakfast spot. And this weekend we found a real gem.

After relaxing on Friday night and going to bed before 10:00 p.m. we got up early on Saturday and started getting some chores done. Which of course lead us to needing a fantastic breakfast.

We always enjoy Joe Momma's or Moe Joe's in Meridian, but there was a new place I wanted to try in Notus. It's called The Garage Cafe and just about everything on the menu is homemade.

Savannah decided on the Chicken Fried Steak, eggs, hashbrowns, and toast. I went big on the biscuits and gravy, hugh sausage patties, and two eggs on top. Let's just say this wasn't our healthiest meal of the week, but it was beyond delicious.

Plus so many other fantastic choices were on the menu, I'm sure that we will be back soon. But I will admit, I did take a short nap not long after getting home from breakfast. You could say it was a pretty good Saturday.
