It's been over two weeks since we shared the details of a Boise bank robbery that resulted in two arrests with a third suspect on the run.

It didn't take long for police to nab the first two suspects but it took a lot more work in tracking down the third.

In Case You Missed It... A Boise Bank Was Robbed

It almost sounds like something out of a movie but it actually happened - a bank robbery took place in Boise with two of the suspects spotted escaping on a crotch rocket.

As we initially shared with you, one of the suspects (who was offsite) called in a fake active shooter as an attempt to divert the police's attention. As we all know, it didn't work out for the person calling in the false active shooter and she was arrested.

While police were able to make those two initial arrests, the third, named Edward Prescott, was on the run and described as a "white male, approximately 5'10", bald, and has blue eyes."

Prescott In Custody

As reported by the City of Boise, police were able to track down Edward Prescott, 50, and bring him in. According to their statement, he was spotted riding his bike near W. Fairview Ave and N. Allumbaugh St.

"On March 12, 2025, shortly before 7:30 pm Ada County Dispatch received information that a subject believed to be Edward Prescott, the third suspect in an armed robbery at a bank on February 27, 2025, was riding a bike in the area of W. Fairview Ave. and N. Allumbaugh St.," the press release read.

"Officers responded to the area and made contact with Prescott. Prescott was arrested on the outstanding warrant and booked into the Ada County Jail on the listed charge."

The charge Prescott will be facing is for robbery and will be a felony.

This is why you don't mess around in Boise! Shout out to police for bringing him in!
