He rammed a patrol car, fought with police, and now he's behind bars.

It started when police were called about a harassment incident at a home near Division Avenue and Hale Street at 3:30 in the morning.

When they arrived, 4 people were there. One was carrying a gun and harassing the homeowner.

All four tried to leave in a car when the officers got out of their vehicles. The driver, now identified as 43 year old Francisco Lopez ignored the police when they told him to keep his hands insight and step outside.

Instead, Lopez put it in gear and dragged the officers down the street as they clung to his car!

The battle came to a sudden stop when Lopez rammed his vehicle into a squad car and an officer pulled Lopez's keys out of ignition.

According to KTVB, at that point Lopez reached for a gun in the right pocket of his shorts.

Luckily officers were able to get all four people out of the car without further incident.

Inside the car police found 10 ounces of marijuana and 30 grams of meth.

All 4 suspects have been booked into the ADA County Jail.
